Return Policy

In order to make your shopping experience at Cosmicstride Co., Ltd. (website: cosmstride.com) more secure, we have formulated the following return policy. If you are not satisfied with the bag you purchased, you can apply for return and exchange in accordance with this policy. ​

1. Return and Exchange Conditions​
Return and Exchange Period: You can apply for return and exchange within 14 days from the date you receive the product. We will not accept it if it exceeds 14 days. Please understand. ​
Product Status Requirements:​
The returned product must be in a brand new and unused state, and the product itself, packaging, tags, accessories, etc. must be intact and will not affect secondary sales. ​
If the product has quality problems (such as non-human damage, open wires, missing accessories, etc.), after we confirm, it is not subject to the above-mentioned new state restrictions and can be returned and exchanged. ​
Special Circumstances: Returns and exchanges are not supported for non-quality issues.​

II. Return and Exchange Process​
Application: Please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected], explain the reason for return and exchange, and provide relevant information such as order number, product photos, etc. ​
Review: Our customer service will review your application within 3 working days after receiving it, and will send you the return and exchange address and relevant instructions after the review is passed. ​
Return the goods: Please return the goods within 7 days according to the address and requirements provided by the customer service. The shipping cost of the returned goods will be borne by us if the return or exchange is caused by product quality problems; if it is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), it will be borne by you. ​
Acceptance and processing: We will inspect the returned goods within 5 working days after receiving them. ​
If the acceptance is qualified, we will refund you for return needs; for exchange needs, we will send you the replaced goods as soon as possible. ​
If the acceptance is unqualified (such as the goods have been used, damaged, etc., affecting secondary sales), we will return the goods to you and will not handle returns or exchanges.​

III. Refund method​
The refund will be made according to your original payment method. ​
The refund time depends on your payment channel. Generally, credit card refunds may take 7-15 working days, and other payment methods may take 3-7 working days. The specific time is subject to the actual arrival time.
IV. Notes​
Please pack the goods properly when sending them back to avoid damage during transportation. If the goods are damaged due to improper packaging and affect the secondary sale, we will not process returns or exchanges. ​
If the goods you received do not match the order information (such as wrong style, color, size, etc.), please contact customer service in time. We will bear the relevant return and exchange costs and process them for you as soon as possible. ​

This return and exchange policy only applies to products purchased through the cosmstride.com website and does not apply to products purchased through other channels. ​
