1. Transportation range​
We currently provide transportation services to many countries and regions around the world. The specific delivery areas are subject to the range displayed on the website when placing an order. If your area is not within the delivery range, you can contact our customer service via email at [email protected] to inquire whether there are other feasible transportation options. ​

2. Transportation method​
Based on your area, product weight and your needs, we will choose the appropriate transportation method for you, mainly including international express (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and postal logistics. Different transportation methods will vary in delivery time and cost. You can choose according to your own situation when placing an order. ​

3. Delivery time​
Order processing time: After you successfully place an order and pay, we will process the order within 5-7 working days, including product packaging and verification. In case of special circumstances (such as out-of-stock goods, holidays, etc.), the processing time may be extended, and we will notify you in time by email. ​
Transportation time: The transportation time varies for different transportation methods and destinations. ​
International express: Generally, the transportation time is 20-40 working days​
The above delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic, customs clearance, etc. ​

IV. Transportation costs​
The calculation of transportation costs will be determined based on factors such as the weight, volume, transportation method and destination of the goods. You can view the specific transportation costs after entering the delivery address during the order process. ​
V. Order tracking​
When your order is shipped, we will send you the logistics order number and tracking link by email. You can use this link to check the transportation status of the goods in real time. If you encounter problems during the tracking process, you can contact customer service for assistance. ​

VI. Customs and taxes​
International transportation may involve customs duties, value-added tax and other fees, which are borne by the recipient. The specific amount is subject to the collection standards of the local customs.​
We will provide the necessary customs clearance documents in accordance with relevant regulations, but we are not responsible for handling specific matters during the customs clearance process. If the goods are seized, returned or destroyed due to the recipient's reasons (such as failure to pay taxes and fees in time, inaccurate information provided, etc.), the relevant losses shall be borne by the recipient. ​

VII. Notes on Receiving Goods ​
When signing for the goods, please carefully check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact. If the outer packaging is found to be damaged or squeezed, it is recommended that you open the box on the spot to check whether the goods are intact. If there are any problems, please promptly report them to the courier and refuse to accept the goods. At the same time, contact our customer service through the email [email protected]. ​
If you entrust someone else to collect the goods on your behalf, the receipt of the consignee shall be deemed as your own receipt, and you shall bear the corresponding responsibility. ​
If you find that there is a problem with the goods after signing for them (except for quality problems not caused during transportation), please handle the relevant matters in accordance with our return policy.​

VIII. Division of Responsibilities​
Before the goods are shipped, if they cannot be shipped normally due to our reasons (such as product errors, damage, etc.), we will refund or re-ship for you and bear the corresponding costs. ​
If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation due to the express company, we will assist you in claiming compensation from the express company. The specific compensation standard shall be subject to the regulations of the express company. ​
If the goods are delayed, lost or damaged due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, etc.), we will try our best to assist you in handling it, but we will not bear the relevant responsibilities. ​
